Shipping policy

Please read our below Shipping and Pick-up Policies carefully before placing an order and do not hesitate to send us a message if you have any questions.

 

Postal Orders

This includes a return courier bag which will need to be taken by you to any NZ Post counter within one working day of the last day of your hire period. This does not include sunday's or public holidays as most NZ Post stores will not be open. All postal orders need to be made four working days prior to the booked date (date you want the dress for) The dress at the latest will arrive on the booked date at any time. If you have a morning event please book a day in advance of your event and choose the three day hire option.

 

Basic Return Shipping

This is $12 to any non-rural address in New Zealand.

 

Basic Return Rural Shipping

This is $18 to any rural address in New Zealand. The extra cost is due to the higher price of rural shipping.


Uber 1-3 hr delivery

This is at a flat rate of $65 and is intended for last minute same day orders where the renter cannot come in to pick the dress up. We are only able to send to addresses within a 15 km radius of Eden Terrace. Dresses will need to be returned between 9-11 am the next day after the last day of the hire.

 

Pick-up Orders.

Our store is open from 9 am - 11 am between Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) for all pick-ups and drop off's. There is a charge of $25 for any out of store hour's pick-ups. If you are unable to pick up during store hours we will not provide a refund, you will simply have to forfeit the rental. Return time is the next day after the last day of the hire period.
