What to expect

Shared fittings you may share the studio with one other customer.
We suggest having a few styles in mind beforehand as dresses are constantly going in and out for bookings.
Availability
Dresses cannot be held prior to booking and may become unavailable at any time.
You’re welcome to message beforehand to check if a specific dress is currently in store.
Timing
We run scheduled appointments so please arrive on time.
If you arrive late your appointment will finish at the original end time so the next customer is not affected.
If you need more time you’re welcome to book a second slot.
Changing rooms
We have two changing rooms operating at once.
If you’d like the space privately or want to attend with friends, simply book multiple slots at the same time.
What to bring
We recommend bringing any undergarments or accessories you plan to wear, as we don’t provide:
• heels
• slips
• body tape / double sided tape
• bra inserts
Garment condition
As a rental wardrobe, garments vary in age and wear.
Any major flaws are disclosed on individual product pages and pricing reflects condition.
House rules
No food, drinks or vaping inside the fitting area.
Location
Our Eden Terrace address is emailed after booking confirmation.
We operate by appointment only (no walk-ins).
Helpful tip
Having a few backup styles in mind makes fittings much smoother — popular dresses often book quickly.

Postal Orders Book for the day you would like the dress to arrive by (postal orders require four working days to arrive on time)

We are based in Eden Terrace for Pick-Up's. Pick up times are between 9am - 11am Mon - Sun excluding public holidays. For out of hours pick-up's there is a convenience fee of $25.

Dresses are shipped out on overnight courier, at the latest they will arrive on your booked date. $14 for non-rural and $18.00 for Rural.

Dress arrives and doesn't fit? Simply send it back within 24 hrs and we will provide you with store credit less postage charges.

Our damage waiver is optional and protects you up to $250 worth of damage and spills. Add one per garment to cart here

Postal Try-on
These can be booked in the above calendar. Postal Try-ons must be returned within 24 hrs of receiving. You will not receive store credit after ordering a tryon.

Do you offer try ons?
We are currently offering postal try ons, these can be booked individually on the product page. Postal Try-ons may not arrive perfectly on the date selected and are expected to be returned within a day of receiving.
What happens if I damage or stain a garment?
Please don’t attempt to clean or repair the garment yourself. Please return the garment as soon as possible and notify us of the damage. We will assess the garment upon return and contact you if there are any additional repair or cleaning costs. Alternatively if you had purchased a damage waiver then you will not be liable for the cost of any repairs or marks.
What date should I make a booking?
Each garment must be returned within one working day of the last day of the rental period. This means if the garment was rented for one day on a Friday it would need to be returned the following Monday. If the same garment had been rented for 3 days with the start date being a Friday it will need to be returned the following Wednesday. If the next working day falls on a public holiday then, you will need to return the garment on the next available working day. Please make the booking for the date you would like the dress to arrive by, which in most cases will be the day of your event. We will ensure that the dress arrives by that date.
