Refund policy

We offer returns in the rare event that a dress arrives in a condition less than what was stated in the dress description.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and returned within a day of receiving.

Exchanges
We do offer exchanges but these must be arranged before the dress has been sent out. Please contact us to arrange this.
