Try-on Store Credit

Try ons are 25 minutes if your time runs out you will need to book in another time to come back. We do not reserve dresses and cannot guarantee the dress you want to try on will be available for your try-on and/or for your event date at any time as dresses are booked all the time. It's a good idea to have a few styles in mind. If you would like you may get in contact prior to your booking to see if a dress is available. 

Getting Here/Traffic

Please consider traffic times for the time you are wanting to book for, Mon - Fri it is busy most of the day, Saturday's tend to be much quieter. Our address is in Eden Terrace, Auckland - This will be emailed to you once you have booked a try-on and we don't take walk-in's so please book ahead and ensure you are subscribed to our emails. If you don't receive an email with the address details please check your spam inbox or send us a message.

Accessories

Please be aware we don't provide: heels, under-slips, body tape, double sided tape or bra inserts. If you wish to try these on underneath the garments you will need to bring them yourself.

Booking a Changing Room

We have two changing rooms which may both be booked at any given time, if you would like the entire space to yourself or want to share with friends you are welcome to book two slots for the same time. We allow ONE additional person to accompany you per changing room. We would recommend the following:

• 5-10 dresses - 25 mins
• 10-20 dresses - 2 x 25 min slots

If you are late for your try-on you will miss your slot and will not be refunded. If you arrive early and another person is using our try-on space you will need to wait until their slot is finished. Of course if there are available spaces then you are welcome to use these.

We don't allow food drink or vaping in the try-on space.
